David Cory, B.Ed., M.A. (Adult Education) specializes in workplace
performance improvement and has worked with major corporations in
Africa, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, the Caribbean, and North America. He
is certified to deliver the EQ-i 2.0 Certification Course and the
EQ-360 2.0 Certification Course by Multi-Health Systems Inc. of Toronto,
Ontario, Canada. David is a past president of the local chapter of
the International Society for Performance Improvement (Vancouver) and an active
member of the BC HR Management Association, BC OD Network, and the
American Society for Training and Development. The focus of his
business is training and organizational development consulting,
integrating the concept of Emotional Intelligence with the latest
research in Leadership, Organizational Effectiveness and Human
Performance Technology.

With extensive global travel, Catherine has delighted in working with luxury hotel clients across diverse cultural backgrounds to design and deliver sales and leadership training, development and coaching. A career with Sheraton Hotels and Resorts in Canada culminated in the successful opening and positioning of the Sheraton Suites Calgary Eau Claire as a recognized leader and innovator in hospitality. Catherine was a pioneer in establishing standards for industry education in Alberta having served on the Alberta Tourism Education Council where she chaired both the Program Review and Standards Certification Committee.

Catherine is a Past Director with the Calgary Association of Professional Coaches (2 terms) and holds two professional coaching designations earned through the Coaches Training Institute’s Co-Active coaching program at the University of Calgary and the International Coach Federation. She is professionally certified in the use of the Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i) psychometric assessments working with clients realize success in both their personal and professional lives.
